"Deva" means "radiant one" in the Eastern traditions. We are have potential for limitless luminosity, as the Ancient Ones knew well. Devayoga attunes us with our ocean of natural radiance, our "Lightbody" or "Pranamayakosha" in ancient yogic science.
In yoga practice, we open, activate and infuse our energetic pathways with "prana" or "chi"---the inate life force essence. This live field of radiant energy is visible in special photography as well as to the trained eye. As the body's 72,000 energy channels (nadis) are infused through the breath, we may awaken our luminous, vital qualities---bringing radiance, joy, bliss, healing, infinite energy and creativity.
These qualities are not for just a few---they are available to All!
Deva intuitively guides a medley of yogic practices in the return to radiance. Through mantra, mudra (gestures), asana (poses), vinyasa (sequences), pranayama (breath), guided imagery (dharana), meditation (dhyana), chakra therapy, kriya, and yoga nidra, your journey of remembering will be an adventure!
