Here we will remember the awesomeness that we ARE...Flowing seamlessly through Vinyasa sequences, we will free stuck patterns, revitalize stagnant energy systems, open new energy pathways(nadis)...expanding within our own true brilliance.
Join the journey of asana, pranayam, kriya, mantra, mudra, meditation and whatever else wishes to unfold in the moment....
This is a class for All Levels, as we start where we are. Bring a yoga mat and blanket.

DEEP HEALING YOGA

Sundays 10-11:30 am

In order for maximum Light to shine outward, we must first cleanse the windows to our deepest Being. This yogic experience will guide us through gentle, flowing asana, warming the body and opening the mind. From here we will explore upon our mats, addressing physical/mental/emotional obstructions, deeply held patternings, and archaic habitual ways of being, on All levels of ourselves.
Finally, we will take a guided journey through Yoga Nidra...perhaps the MOST profound healing experience of all...
Healing comes from WITHIN...we are POWER-FULL beyond measure to transform.

A freeing fusion of Yoga, Sacred Movement, and World Dance influences. Here we begin to explore off the mat, in forging new pathways to Spirit. Develop balance, flexibility, strength, and get a cardio tune-up with creative sequencing influenced by world dance. Break free from habitual, contracted patterns in movement and release stress. Access your own ability to open to limitless possiblity while loosening up to the newest world beat tunes. Then melt into a relaxed puddle on the Earth...
